1.深入理解公司海外的业务发展及组织需要，做好绩效管理、内部薪酬激励等工作，高效快速的推动招聘工作的有序进行；

2.专注cex/dex类型的海外市场招聘岗位，积极拓展海外人才渠道，为公司搭建人才库，持续满足公司发展的用人需求；

3.负责韩国，日本，台湾，土耳其等市场的招聘，进行简历筛选，初步面试，合适人才提交给部门负责人并组织协调后续的面试流程，保证整个面试过程的顺利进行。

4.负责新员工入职前的一切准备工作，包括背景调查、合同签订等，确保入职流程顺利。

5.帮助管理者有效管理团队，包括团队建设、员工关怀、文化宣导和妥善处理员工冲突、劳动纠纷等问题，发现存在的问题并协助解决；

职位要求：

职位要求：

1.人力资源管理、心理学等相关专业本科及以上学历优先，可双语（英文和中文）交流

2.具备招聘经验，最好2年及以上加密货币行业经验，拥有较为丰富的海外人才资源最佳；

3；掌握并熟悉韩国，日本，台湾，土耳其的本土招聘平台的招聘流程。

4：能通过各类社交媒体招聘网站检索到所需人才，包括Linkedin，YouTube，Twitter等

5.自驱力和抗压能力强，熟悉海外dex/cex市场，敏锐洞察市场人才状况，能够灵活应对招聘挑战；

6.具有良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力、团队合作精神、能用中文和英文交谈

候选人加分项：有日韩土耳其等国留学背景优先，有丰富的海外人才资源优先，Base海外优先，有猎头经验加分。

福利待遇：

基本工资：3000U-5000U + 季度奖金

可远程，也可到Office。优先考虑Base新加坡或吉隆坡人选。
