I grew the company from a boutique marketing agency (originally was called ArtMap Inc) into a vibrant blog network (AMI Publications) in 3 years - and for most of that time I was the only full time employee. Now, I work with my COO and wife Linh Dao Smooke. As Hacker Noon showed results, we kept pouring more and more of our time into it, and it took over the business. We're now up to 7 full time people (software developments, editorial, sales), serving 10k+ published writers and 4M+ monthly readers.
