Elliot is Head of Developer Growth at RippleX Engineering, Ripple. Elliot is a Programmer, code reviewer, and advocate in open source development communities and projects. He has deep experience in product development from launch to iteration and expansion; he built his first website in 1996; registered first domain name in 2001. Elliot founded a mobile app startup in 2007 (with the launch of the Apple App Store), joined 500 Startups (Batch 6) and successfully ran the company for 5 years (cash flow positive).
