A global serial entrepreneur and investor with 20+ years of startup, growth hacking, business development and digital marketing experience. He has a passion for disruptive ideas, unconventional thinking, and a "screw it, let's do it" attitude. Born and raised in Austria, Josef worked and lived in Vienna, Sydney, Berlin, Zurich and Panama before immigrating to the US in 2012 where he shortly after joined the booming fintech industry and since has launched three startups in the space. Josef was named a "Top 100 FinTech Influencer" by LTP, he has been very involved in the crowdfunding ecosystem. Josef frequently speaks at public events such as SXSW V2V, Social Media Week LA, Fundit USA, Metropole, #CFGE Crowdfund Global Expo, #Crowdfunding USA and Kickercon. In 2015 he founded Krowdster.co, the first do-it-yourself crowdfunding marketing, and PR SaaS. Krowdster's powerful tools enable crowd funders to plan and to growth hack successful rewards and equity campaigns. In 2016, he co-founded the Crowd Invest Summit conference and expo, which has become the biggest conference and expo in crowdfunding and online investing. In 2018, Josef co-founded Crypto Invest Summit, an investment conference & expo for blockchain technology.
