Pooja Shah is the Founder & CEO of Tephra Labs, an organization that builds technology to enable large-scale human coordination toward humanity’s most important challenges & opportunities. Tephra Labs’ first project is a decentralized work marketplace called Radius. Previously, Shah was the Head of Product at Protocol Labs and worked at Palantir Technologies. She holds a BS in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.
