We’ve been thinking about decentralized collaboration models long before blockchain was the hip thing to do. Great products spark movements. Movements are driven forward by communities. Now more than ever, organizations need to build strong and vibrant communities in order to succeed. We believe that the structure of the firm is changing and that the organization of the future will look and feel very different than the modern structure we know today. We believe that the lines between a firm, its employees, investors and its customers are all blurring together.
