Shayne is the Co-Founder and CEO of the HBAR Foundation. Prior to the HBAR Foundation, Shayne spent the better part of a 25-year career focused on building, scaling, and operating enterprise software businesses ranging from $5M to $400M+ in revenue. Prior to the HBAR Foundation, Shayne was General Manager at HighRadius, a FinTech Unicorn. He served several years with BMC Software in multiple executive roles over his tenure as SVP of Strategy and Operations and President of the Performance and Analytics business.
