Stephen is the Institutional Manager at the Aave Companies, tasked with distributing knowledge of DeFi and Web3 to financial institutions and corporates. Stephen educates institutions on DeFi and helps them explore how they can participate in the web3 ecosystem, with discussions including various permissioned markets. Stephen worked in legacy finance for over 10 years, joining the Aave Companies from exchange traded fund provider First Trust, where he similarly worked in helping to increase adoption of a new technology amongst institutions in Europe.
